I made some really fun votive candle holders for 4th of July. And…realized my video cut off half way through the video…but I’ll walk you through it!

So I took the truck accessories below and used my 7 inch miter saw (I put the link for mine, but I got mine for $40 on Facebook Marketplace) to cut them into two uneven pieces for the pillars.

STEPS:
- Next, I painted the blue pillar with navy spray paint.
- Then I used 3/4 inch painter’s tape to paint the red stripes with Candy Apple red
- Then I used a 1.5 inch Forstner’s bit to make the votive candle holes on top
- Then I used my stencils to make the USA and stars pattern on the blue one
- I sanded them just a bit with a 220 sand block to make it a little more vintage when I was done
